UB: Why did you use that pseudonym John St. Field?

JL: Because I was in trouble with the police in a northern city of England and I had to change my name for some time. So I just choose a name at random.

UB: At random? You later played with John Field.

JL: That's right, yeah.

UB: You didn't think of him then?

JL: I didn't know him at that time. That is much, much later.
